POT / POD Modernos is a national program coordinated by the National Planning Department – DNP of Colombia, with funds from the World Bank, whose objective is the promotion and real and effective consolidation of land use planning as well as balance of municipalities, districts and departments in the coming decades in a sustainable way.

The project consists of a technical assistance and accompaniment to the territorial entities selected from the DNP, in the process of enlisting, formulating and implementing the POT and POD for 19 municipalities and 3 departments of zone 2 in Colombia.
