Technical assistance for the development of the Strategic Plan, which defines the vision and the route to be followed by Madrid City Council in terms of universal accessibility for the next 4 years.

The “Strategic Plan for Universal Accessibility in the city of Madrid” (PEAUM) is a new instrument for the management and promotion of universal accessibility (UA) in the municipality of Madrid. The Plan is innovative in nature and is based on what has been called “Accessibility 3.0”.

The conclusions drawn from the deep analysis and diagnosis carried out led to the definition of main strategic lines, operational objectives and proposals of the Plan, which give way to different annual Action Plans.
