Activities: collection, registration and verification of applications, contact and management with the owners, issuance of reports and documentation management, planning and territorial management of the works by districts, neighborhoods, prescription visits and valuation of homes, procedures for permits of work, supervision, monitoring and control of the correct execution of the work.
