Initiative aimed at enhancing the commitment of the District of Villa de Vallecas with the inclusion of the elderly and people with disabilities through citizen participation to improve accessibility in streets, transport and public buildings.

During the week different activities open to the entire population have been developed: from debate workshops to awareness-raising tours around the neighborhood, or recreational activities in the street. With this initiative, new objectives and commitments have been established for 2017, the year in which the legal period of adaptation to the basic conditions of accessibility in Spain ends.
