Diagnosis and strategic plan of accessibility in the tourist environments and services of one of the capitals of the Silk Road: the city of Khiva. The diagnosis includes normative and institutional studies, interviews, audits of public spaces, hotels, museums and transportation.
A plan is drawn up for infrastructure improvements, services and identified training needs, as well as a pilot project in collaboration with UNESCO. The Plan includes proposals and activities that affect the different public and private agents that promote local tourism and the exhibition and preservation of cultural heritage.
