Preparation of a technical report analyzing Madrid City Council’s institutional approach to universal accessibility, with particular attention to its progressive development as a cross-cutting public policy. The report identifies key implementation milestones, reviews the integration of accessibility criteria across municipal areas, and establishes its relationship with the Strategic Plan for Universal Accessibility for the city of Madrid (PEAUM).
