Technical assistance for the urban improvement of 7 cities in the Mekong river delta. Analysis of the infrastructure projects developed by the World Bank and assessment of the local situation and its regulation, including surveys and field work. With all this, a Technical Guide and intervention proposals are developed to incorporate universal accessibility in urban planning and the design of infrastructures that are part of the program.

The project includes training and direct technical assistance with the authorities of the country.
